Country Pavilions
Morocco
Host of this year’s MOSIP Connect and our first country partner, Morocco’s RNP system now serves over 26 million
registered residents. With 7 use cases across healthcare, education, and benefits delivery already active, the system
highlights how digital ID can support everyday public services at scale.
São Tomé and Príncipe
As the first Lusophone country to adopt MOSIP, São Tomé and Príncipe have completed their pilot and are moving into the
national rollout phase, with services for residents already taking shape.
Digital Public Goods
OpenG2P is a Digital Public Good, recognised by the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA), and is hosted at IIIT-B, a
non-profit research university. It enables governments and humanitarian organisations to deliver critical social
benefits directly to those who need them. OpenG2P is envisioned to contribute to an open and inclusive approach to
benefit transfers, ensuring privacy, promoting gender equality, and financial inclusion, aiming to enhance the lives of
individuals by leveraging digital technology for government-to-person service delivery.
OpenCRVS is an open-source, digital civil registration platform used by governments to register births, deaths, and
other vital events at national scale. Designed for offline-first operation and low-connectivity environments, OpenCRVS
integrates with national digital ID, health, and vital statistics systems, forming a core component of digital public
infrastructure.
The Mifos Initiative is a 501(c)3 fintech non-profit guiding the global community & ecosystem enabling the last-mile
delivery of digital payments into functional wallets & accounts. We steward two DPGs - Mifos X, an open source core
banking platform for managing transactional accounts, and savings & credit-led financial inclusion, and Payment Hub EE,
a modern orchestration engine accelerating the adoption of inclusive instant payment systems and streamlining G2P and
P2G payment flows.
OpenFn is a data-exchange, workflow automation, and AI-orchestration platform that governments use to build and scale
next-gen Digital Public Infrastructure. It safely automates public service delivery and data integration across
